Earth Magic Smoothie
1 small cucumber
Half an apple
1 spear pineapple
Handful of green grapes
Handful of greens like spinach, Mache, kale, and/or Swiss chard (
Handful of herbs like coriander, mint, basil, parsley
¼ avocado
1 whole lemon, peeled
1 chunk of ginger, peeled (the bigger the piece, the spicier it will be)
Coconut juice and or orange juice to blend until smooth and desired consistency
Tablespoon of honey, maple syrup or fermented rice syrup
½ teaspoon Spirulina
